I would just like to say.

Hey Carol, I'm SO GOD DAMNED SORRY that I wasn't GOOD ENOUGH for you to make a PUBLIC THANK YOU thread about me! I OBVIOUSLY WON'T EVER AMOUNT TO SHIT and I hope you don't take it too personally that I clearly DON'T DO ANYTHING GOOD FOR YOU!

That being said ... I started my training last training last thursday :-) I'll make sure to fart a lot during the run so you know what it smells like to lose to my ass.
