Using companies trademarks for google keywords?
I think we covered this before...
but I can't remember what the consensus of the GFY crack legal team was... Can Burger King run adwords ads for something like: "Like McDonalds? -- You'll love Burger King!" Hmm after looking a bit more I see at least GOOGLE doesn't have a problem with it. |

Everytime I search for something on Google - I get CJ'ed to other sites and 9 out of 10 send me to a competitors product.
