Altig International / American Life Insurance ???
I got a call a couple days ago offering me an interview for an entry level management position (I'm graduating in 2 months), I thought it was kind of odd since I didn't remember applying to the company. The office is about an hour away, so I told the lady I'd call her back tomorrow and let her know if I could make it.
I checked out the website, and it looked like a decent company, so I called the lady back and told her I would come in for an interview. I also asked her what date I applied for the job on, since I had no recollection of it, I thought it might have been a month ago or even longer. She told me Feb 24th, which is a week ago. So I go and check my Monster history to see which companies I applied for, and as expected, I did not apply to the company at all. I should have known since it was a finance company and I'm not going into that field. Does anybody have any info on this company? Or any first hand experience in them trying to recruit you? I'm convinced this is just some type of job where you work your ass off and are under compensated. I'm leaning towards not going for the interview. She also told me if I qualified, there would be an orientation session the same day, which is kind of odd. Similar to this, just that this guy doesn't finish his story ![]() http://brd4.help-wanted.net/NgJobs/J...h117501375.htm Website: http://www.altig.com/ |
