hey ya'll.. I just wanted to warn u of this shady outfit.
I called them for aerosmith tickets the day they went onsale.. I am taking my 11 yr old daughter to her first major show and wanted the very best for her.. lets face it..shes 11. shes short..i wanted her to b up close and be able to see. they(webtickets.com) assured me i would have my pick of the best seats available up close and personal. what i received was something quite different. when webtickets got in the first load of tickets.. the broker called me and told me aerosmith, this tour, was using a new stage setup , that it was going to be in the round(even tho their website said endstage set) he assured me he had the tickects i wanted and these would b even better because of the round stage setup. so I, being trusting..said ok send them to me. when i got the tickets..i checked them out completely, and also called the venue to make sure of this new in the round stage setup the broker told me about.
he lied..i proved he lied.. i of course called the venue..and ticketmaster to confirm the stage setup to be end stage... soooo for my 450.00 per ticket and on the brokers lie to me the stage was in the round.. he sent me my 3 tickets in row 5 sec 2 which is on the very most outside of the stage. tickets they are now selling for half that price. had the show been in the round(as i was told by the broker)..these would have been awesome seats. I offered to pay the difference to get seats where we had discussed from day one.. but these guys wont budge. so all in all.. my suggestion to anyone looking for tickets online is to stay far away from webtickets.com. here is the last email i have from him.. telling me to b happy with the tickets he sent...he has seen aerosmith before and he knows they use the whole stage.. well fuckin duhhhh no shit.. but for a little girl...sitting on the very endstage...is not preferred seating and definetly not worth what i paid these assholes. heres his letter:

The reason I sent those seats out right away is it was the first 3 good tickets together that we got in. A lot of time premium tickets are not availible in odd groups. For this particular show there are a few more odd packs available, but you have to understand my position. That I don't have an order for 3 more for premium seats for this show. Those are ecxcellent seats. I have seen Aerosmith and I know that they perform all across the stage. I wish I could help you but I cannot take thoset tickets back at this time. I feel that you will be very suprised how good those seats are.

consequently.. i have called my credit card company to begin a chargeback. i have 6 emails from this buttmunch all describing the tickets i wanted and the tickets i got.. he even sent me a pic of the stage setup(in the round) shit..i even offered to pay 100.00 each upgrade to give these back and sit where him and i had discussed so many times.. but... they just say.. enjoy your seats and we wont do a damn thing to help u...
