Too funny I think the brilliance of that show is that they don't do what you would expect.
Tony after Melfi makes him as fucked up as most people in real life wanting what we get rejected by like a spoiled kid. Paulie being a physcotic killer (remember the old lady) Chris whining about money after getting a bump up. I cant wait for Buscemi. Also watch for Meadow to do something nuts!

Yeah, they sure made Tony look like just a regular joe, it looks like he lost his power without Carmela. But the episode was a good start to a good season I hope.

The sopranos characters are actually well thought out and have somewhat usual psychological profiles. We're just used to standard Hollwood macho hero crap. Quite frankly i find the characters awesome.
