Baseball Fans...

I know we are few here... but I want to make public predictions early here so if I get them all right I have a reference to prove it! LOL. Anyone else wanna hazzard guesses? Last year I managed 6 of 8 playoff picks.

AL East: Yankees (They'll make the mid season buys), Red Sox (Wild Card)

AL Central: Royals (Nothing but improvements from them while all other teams got worse)

AL West: Angels (Same as Royals)

NL East: Phillies

NL Central: Cubs, Astros (Wild Card)

NL West: Giants (This one was tough but I think they have some life left)

The Braves aren't even the 2nd best team in that division this year.
The Marlins didn't lose nearly as much talent as the Braves and AJ Burnett will be back this year to round out a formidable rotation.

I think the Bosox win the division and the Yanks get the wildcard. Too many question marks in the Yanks rotation.

The Royals did get better, but Minnesota isn't dead yet, that will be a fun race to watch.

I'm gonna go out on a limb with my dark horse pick and say that the Padres will win the NL West.

I agree.
If the Phils had Wagner last year the Marlins wouldn't have won the wildcard, simple as that.

They got Milwood for another year, signed Eric Milton, and there's no way Burrell can be that bad 2 years in a row.

Maybe I'm jaded and have been disappointed by the Bosox too many times but I just feel the Yanks will make all the right trades and aquisitions mid season and find a way to edge them out. I hope I'm wrong!

I'm a Braves fan, but my outlook is quite grim, but you just never know when you have Bobby Cox in that dugout calling the shots...

my predictions:
NL East: Phillies
NL Central: Cubs
NL West: Giants, but I think the Padres could sneak in there if everyone else underestimates them and Nevin can stay healthy...oops, he already re-injured the shoulder...

NL Wild Card: Astros

AL East: RedSox
AL Central: White Sox, no one really looks that good in this division, but I think if Thomas, Ordonez (considering he doesn't get picked off my the Yankees) and Konerko can charge the bats up, it might just be enough to win this shitty division
AL West: Angels, they made some huge moves in the offseason

AL WildCard: Yankees (this could obviously be either the RedSox or the Yankees)

NL East - Phillies
NL Central - Cubs ( they have the best pitching in baseball)
NL West - Dodgers ( they had great pitching last year if they can just get some offense going they will win a lot of games.)

AL East - Bo Sox ( If Shilling, Pedro and Foulke stay healthy they will be hard to beat. I think Manny and Nomar now have something to prove too)
Al Central - KC ( lots of upgrades, good manager and the twins lost some really good players )
Al West - Mariners ( yes I'm a mariner fan and the easy pic is the angels but the mariners added a great closer, they have a great roatation and they added 3 guys that will help them get more scoring. Also, rumor has it they may trade to get Griffey back. He's been hurt a lot, but when he was in seattle all he was was the best player in the game. . . maybe some magic left.

contreras got lit up yesterday by the sox, and brown is going to be injury prone. Mussina never stopped us either. Their rotation is nothing. Their hitting on the other hand worries me, but we have some good pitching to shut them down. Plus, I think they lost Sheffield for the first 3 months. Yanks going down
