I just saw on CNN that authorities have found and defused some sort of explosive device, apparently near a rail station. I hope that was the only one. If you're in Paris today, PLEASE be extra cautious.

The media certainly does not help the situation any. All they do is feed everyone's fears and add negativity and hipe to all this BS.

Won't happen now, it'll only be increasing. Al-Qaeda has gotten way too much publicity and is well on it's way into getting Europe to follow the same path as the US .

The media reports the news. If governments are mentioning over and over again 9/11 and terrorists and Al-Qaeda and terror alerts every darn day, what do you expect the media to do? It's up to governments not to use fear for there own gain.
