) now what is really fucking cool...see the lower ground between my house and the neighbors in the distance? That is a rain water retention pond. When it rains even half a inch that fills completely up as it drains the entire road I am on. Then it slowly drains into the lake. Takes about 4 hours to drain. But in the meantime ducks, cranes, and all sorts of birds flock to it until it drains out.

The way I set up the widesreen you don't get any glare from the fireplace on the TV. Chickadee bought those fake logs that even crackle like a real fire. I hate the smoke smell that real wood puts in your house

Small eat in area, we have no need for a formal dining room. I made it a game room for the kids.

I'm going to get a Pioneer reciever but for now I have a decent one, 2 KLH floor speakers and 2 300 watt directional sub woofers and another 100 watt subwoofer under the table pointing to my couch. So 700 watts of jsut sub woofers. LOL. I like to feel the bass in my chest.

Cost of living is low in Orlando. Plus the owner is cooperate and motivated. The houses in the pictures on the lake itself are about 500k each. Lakefront lots on Lake Conway or about 150 to 200 k just for the lot
