To be honest.. I have been a customer of BulkRegister for several years - a very happy one. I went to them to setup a reseller program and felt what they had to offer was a joke.
Basically, I setup the reseller account and did two things: 1) transferred a domain 2) bought a new domain I think it's important to know the customer experience. I had it and thought it was as good or better as what I was used to at BulkRegister. After all, I'm going to be a customer with my several hundred domains. Additionally, I didn't add the domain registration service to MojoHost with the goal of adding revenue... but rather just providing a convenient, inexpensive service to my clients. I sent out a survey to SinHost clients (this was before the switch) and found that there were just as many of them paying $9 as there were paying $15... on an interesting note, there were very few in between. After discovering how I could deliver the same quality service for $7-8 I was sure that I had found a win-win. that's my Brad
