Everytime i get on my computer i can never fall a sleep after, anybody got some solutions of how to fall asleep besides smoking weed or taking some sleeping pills?

when you're ready to sleep, think about something in your past that was pleasant or fun.. nothing that's happening right now.. something from the past.. this is what I do, and it puts me to sleep right away, works every time

True i guess i will have to just work all night, go to the office in the morning then go to sleep in an early time tomorrow.

I usually go to the gym for that, but today woke up a bit late so i dont feel tired, i guess i will just chill out and go to sleep when the night comes around again

I think most entrepreneurial type people such as myself have a hard time sleeping. The constant thinking/flowing of ideas is just too much excitement. I sometimes go days without sleep and have so much adreneline in me I don't even feel tired.

For me, the trick is a few tokes before bed... been doing it for about a week now. I NEED to find a healthier solution! lol

A friend gave me a xanex a few days agp cause Ive been having sleeping problems and it put me to sleep in minutes... problem is, I dont have a prescription for them and my friend only gets a limited amount per month because shehas anxiety problems...

Anyone know where I can get some?

Yea you can get them online or from your local drug dealer hehe, i dont recommend you taken them too often otherwise you will be very angry in the morning and they do get addictive.

I have the same problem too.

I drink a few shots about 20 minutes before I want to go to sleep and listen to some soothing music as you are laying in bed. The music helps clear my mind of all the things running I want or need to work on.
