How much did Bush and Blair know ?

Rumsfeld knew about the torture of Iraqi prisoners at Abu Ghraib. So did the US governor in Iraq, Paul Bremer. Even the British Ministry of Defence knew. Can we really believe that Bush and Blair didn?t? The Red Cross complained directly to Condi Rice. There is no question that knowledge of the torture was inside the White House as much as a year ago. Does anyone reading this think that the National Security Advisor did not tell the President that the UNited States was violating the Geneva Convention?
