Alright Silvercash, What the fuck?!?!

Its down for telus users AGAIN. This is what, the third time in like a week? Isnt there anything you guys can do to permanently fix the problem?
Before any of you smartass's reply saying "Its up for me" read the other threads. Its only down for some people. Apparently an issue with broadwing? I believe.
Anyways, its getting mighty annoying. You guys convert great and everything, but if half my traffic cant get to your sites you dont convert AT ALL.
PLEASE fix this permanently somehow.

PS: Other then these issues its been great doing business with you. If you guys can fix this, I'll continue to use you for years to come . But FIX IT!

I think something like your issues with Telus users, needs to be brought up by ICQ and not taken to the boards everytime you need to sig whore.

Have some tact, contact YoAdrian via ICQ or email, if you need them I will gladly give them to you. He's available all the time, I really think it's distasteful to bring it up here, just so you get your $0.00000000003.

If they dont like the negative publicity then they should fix it permanently. Im addicted to checking my stats and Im going through withdrawl. This has nothing to do with my ARS sig.
The reason Im contacting Silvercash and not broadwing is because its Silvercash thats going to end up losing business over this issue, not broadwing. Im sure Broadwing couldnt care less. Silvercash however, SHOULD.
If they dont care about the happiness of their affiliates then I wont continue to promote them. Obviously I dont think this is the case, which is why Im letting them know that its happening again.

This thread wasnt for drama, it was to get this solved so everyone can start making more money again.

Why does it have to be hidden ... it has nothing to do with making .0003 cents .. stuff like this can be talked about in the open ... maybe other webmasters were unaware that their ads aren't viewable by 500,000+ users ... especially talked about in a webmaster forum .. things like this end up fixed faster ... this issue has been going on for the past week ... patience is over and it was time to get it delt with!!

I'm sure if there's something that can be done, it can be settled on ICQ like a true professional would do in the first place, wouldn't you agree?

again... have some tact and try and resolve this first by contacting someone at Silvercash directly.

Its not about tact. Other webmasters deserve to know that hundreds of thousands of surfers cant see the sites they are promoting. If you didnt use Telus, would you have known?
Not likely.
Like I said before, this isnt mean to bash silvercash. My conversion ratio is great with them. Better then any other sponsor that I currently use. I just want this to be fixed so I can get back to business as usual. I just made the jump to full time in the biz and I dont want to take any chances with my income for the first few months.

Upstream providers probably have something to do, like others have said. It is not likely that it is Silvercash's problem... so yeah...

I have no idea what the problem is or even if it's controllable by us, it could be an upstream provider for all I know.

We have no control or even any pull with broadwing or telus.. and don't have any direct dealings with them.


However....

We are incontact with Broadwing to try to see why this keeps happening. We have a trouble ticket active with them and hope to have it resolved shortly.


I will let you know as soon as I know anything positive.

I greatly appreciate it. Its just wierd that the only site I've noticed this happening to is Silvercash.com. Im not sure if its limited specifically to Telus or not, I just know that Telus users in my local area cant access silvercash.com alot of the time either.
There have been other webmasters who have commented on the same issue that live all over north america.
