If he was smart he could have used the time he wasted playing phone games with paypal to make more money than he was arguing over.

Never understood why so many people waste their vaulable time doing that. Just write it off and move on. Its business and not every dollar gets collected. That's the game we play.

The money is rarely the point. Its the treatment of supposed "CUSTOMERS" that generally is the piss off.

But , there is a point where talking to people isn't going to help. $300 or $300,000 , It's time for baseball bat action..

I think you missed the point.. The point is the TOS is so open that they can hold accounts of users with political or religious beliefs that differ from their own ..

Basically any reason. This is a very very dangerous power.

Imagine if visa closed *suspended * every account that made a political contribution to kerry the day of the election..

Lets say paypal wanted to screw with it's competition , all they would have to do is *suspend* every account that does business with its competitors.

Actually I was thinking more of some mainstream industries.

But yeah.. this guy clearly 'got caught' and Paypal decided not to do business with him. He didn't seem to understand the chargeback hold... or more likely, he did, but he was just super pissed about getting some bounced transactions and bank fees after they reversed one of his recent withdrawls.

Infact speaking of baseball bats. I know several people known as "finger breakers". One has been arrested over a dozen times for the same thing "breaking fingers". Nobody ever goes to court lol.

You send him to the house/business with amount owning and he comes back with either A) money or B) pics of broken finger.

Cost $500 per finger.

Its a very easy and ethical process.

To me rarely is money the point and i would rarely ever take it further than this.

If i was broke , perhaps i could understand taking further measures.

But alas, evil smokey has a trust fund that will keep him with honey for endless sleepy winters.
