13 yo girls .. all having a beer in their hand ... and quite drunk.. running around in the street... shouting oscenities..

I remember having parties when I was 13 and drinking beer.. but that was in the house.. at night.. when the parents were away.. Her parents are there..

Drinking laws in canada are more relaxed than in the states.. they wont go to jail..

here you guys are crucifying the parents when they probably arent even fucking home..if they were.. I am sure the party would not be happening. Some of you act like you did nothing without your parents seeing all when you were that age..

if you want to..scare them back inside by telling them you will call the police if they keep up the running in the streets...
