Further, I'd bet that most people lack the ability to literally *prove* that the earth is spherical. Sure, you can show people pictures of the earth from space and all, but then again, there are pictures of Ewoks and the Death Star that look just as realistic, so photographs prove nothing about something being real.

That's to say if a human could even understand details such as how the Earth was created, how the Sun works, that the Universe is unbelievably large, that the earth is round and spinning and that's what holds us to the ground, etc.....
