Hi there all designers.

We are looking for a full time designer. This designer needs to be good and work fast.

photoshop - flash (not required but would be nice) - html ect.

gallery design - banners ect.
Many hours online with a good connection.
Good english
fast learning and willing to learn more.

Salary starting at $800 - $1000 a month depending on your skills.

SOunds like a good opportunity if there is LOTS of room to grow, but 160hrs / month (40hrs / week) for $1000.

That's $6.25 an hour man.

Ouch.

Agreed...you are going to have a hard time finding a quality designer for that wage...good luck

yeah full time. but we are more looking for non US designers we already have a good team but we need more designers. last time there was a thread about those foreign designers.

should probably not even post this...but here goes...lol

Is it REALY worth hiring some of those barley English speaking (not knocking other languages, but if you are an English only speaking company this will make sense) designer that you WILL have to lead by the hand continually throughout a project?

That being said, here is my story?have a friend/client that had hired 3 of these $900 a month ?designers? from one of these companies that advertise here?and my goal was to try and manage these boys?it was a continuous circle of failures, reworks and to make a long story short, after replacing 2 of these, eh hemm, for the lack of a better term??designers??it finally clicked that had he just hired one competent designer at a decent wage, all would have been done and done right, WITHOUT the headaches that it all caused. Granted, there might be a few decent people working for these outsourcing companies, BUT make sure you have the time and patience to go thru then like candy until you find that one good needle in a haystack?
