forclosure homes

If a house is going to be auctioned... where can you research it?

Like if it has back taxes, entrance to the home for checking it out and or anything else that should be known before bidding.

If you win the bid, what are the payment options?

Is this a good or bad idea?

Try looking for "HUD" homes. But most homes that are in foreclosure or the like are usually trashed beyond belief. Just know what you are purchasing.

HUD, VA, bank forclosures are all ok if you do it right.
