Adult ADD?
i've seen some commercials for adult add medicine and i'm thinking about checking it out... i can hardly ever focus for a long period of time without my mind wandering, thus my productivity is cut tenfold... anybody ever taken add medicine? or anything to help increase focus?

I have a hard time focusing on one thing too..I was gonna look into it more..but havent gotten around to it. Let me know how it goes if ya start on a med.

Sometimes when I have some really boring monotonous work to get done I'll have problems.. I don't think that's ADD though. I think I am just lazy.
