Not new, the girls in the UK been dressing like that for years.

I tell you what is a trend in the UK, and that the moms wear the doughters clothes. Often I have see women in there 40's have on there doughters clothers and somtimes both have on the same outfit.

they just switched from black jeans and Mullet hair cuts (yes - the women) to Adidas tracksuits wiht big hoop earrings
..though you still see a few mullets around
