I agree with Dagwolf here..... sometimes it isn't so much that YOU will have a fit, but rather she doesn't want to talk about it for her own reasons. I know when I got with my husband like 21 years ago, that was part of my situation...... a lot of things had happened to me that I just DID not want to go into at the time...... from being molested to raped and LOTS of other things. They were things I didn't want to go into, not that I didn't trust HIM to have a fit or not have a fit.

Over time, and as we were together longer, and I trusted him and I was more comfortable in opening up with him, it all started coming out. And yes, some things he did NOT want to hear, but he was told anyway. And yes, some of it made him very angry..... and some made him cry WITH me, because he is good like that.

Bottom line wasn't whether he trusted me or not enough to hear it, but rather, that I trusted him enough to open myself that far up to someone because it's very hard for me to trust people..... so maybe you guys shouldn't be so quick to judge what kind of person she is, but rather is she trusting HIM enough to open those doors again, and has he GIVEN her a reason to trust him that much?

Not trying to start drama here, but just giving you more to look at than just the surface of it. It's a LOT harder for women to trust men than it is for men to trust women. MOST women think you are just with them for the ass, and once you have given her reason to believe otherwise, chances are she'll trust you with her life and give you all of the information you want to know. I say this out of personal opinion and life experience, doesn't apply to AL, but for me, it does. I didn't trust that my husband HONESTLY loved me til we had been together for like 5 years... but that was more because of a horrendous childhood where men had been the sole point of my horrors, so it was extremely hard to trust a man with ANY aspect of my life.

And you know what? I now know and have for a long time, that men aren't ALL bad, some are, but majority of them aren't, they have their own insecurities as well. Once a woman has truly hurt them, it takes forever for them to trust another female...... so it goes both ways.
