he owns it. 50 is not a smart business man, he's a complete idiot if you watch some of the interviews where he is trying to pretend he knows what' he's talking about in regards to business..

He has an amazing behind the scenes staff.. They bought the tyson house when he was in a huge jam, i forget what it was worth, but he paid like 15% of that.

The security team for 50 Cent met on Monday to discuss plans for his new house. Last month, there were at least 10 shots fired when 50 Cent and his entourage entered a Jersey City hotel, but as of last week investigators believed that at least one of the gunmen was a member of 50 Cent's entourage. In 2000 the young Queens native--whose past seems to be of more interest than his music--was shot nine times outside the Queens home of his grandmother (his mother was killed when he was 8). He reportedly still has a hole in his jaw and bullet fragment in his tongue from the shootings.
