If you fill out the new forms they request don't you get a new merchant account where you have access to all your rebill information?

It seems like it would be cheaper, faster, and easier than getting lawyers involved.

The question about this route is are they actually processing cards for those who have applied and paid the $1500?

If so I would just pay the $1500.
