For more than an a year, I have been dancing with the owner, a lunatic woman named Susan.

She's absolutely impossible to deal with. You will earn this commission.

Bottom line is that I don't have the time or inclination to deal with this nutbar, but I want her name.

She lives in buttfuck New Jersey. Fly out there and stay at the Motel 6, plot your strategy and swoop in to her flower shop and close the deal. Get me the name for $15k or under, and I'll throw you $10k upon completion.

Now, before all you guys start emailing her, understand this: she will never deal with you via email. Never. She NEVER ANSWERS EMAIL, except when she's hating on you, which is regularly. So the effect of all you idiots emailing her will be for her to recoil and deal wtih no one.

The only way to get this name is if someone is willing to go to her bloody flower shop and actually sit down with her and gain her trust. If you get close to that stage, I will supply all the references needed.

You're not listening: it's not about money. It's about trust. She never REFUSED my offer. She's a nervous ball of confusion AND she says over and over "I'm ready to sell the domain."

AND I've always been high offer by her own admission.

Point it: there are psychological factors at play. The domain was her son's, who died a couple of years ago, and she's really messed up. There's more than money at play.

She needs a personal visit, someone that's not just an email that she connect with.

Susan is more afraid of getting snaked on the domain, price and technical-wise than she is about actually selling it. She knows it's valuable, but she doesn't quite know where to begin.

The number on the whois is her flower shop. She has an army of people who will help keep you from talking to her on the phone. "Who's calling please?" All kinds of shit.

We suspect her husband wants her to take the cash, but she won't. She's also complains constantly that her businesses take up so much time, and she needs more time.
