How much are 2 sites worth that make $1.5k a month?

How much are 2 sites worth that make $1.5k a month (together) only from google traffic?

someone told me once that the value of a site is the gross profit over a 3 month time...not sure if it is true or not, but if so, then $9000

1500 combined he said, with your calculations, that would be 4500, but It's 4 months worth anyway

i think the 3month-profit thing goes to sites that only have trade traffic and maybe a few bookmarks..

if you make 1.5k just from search engines, i think the value has to be higher

It depends if you have to put any work into it or not ( like update the site )..and also since when do they make $1.5 per month?

that would make sense, cause the maintenance on a tgp is way higher than maintenance for SE pages

the SE pages are guaranteed more income down the road, with minimal work, than a tgp is

As a general rule it's 3-6months income.
Unless you've been around and have something incredably stable and can proove income, growth charts, server logs etc etc.. i.e hun wouldnt sell for 3 months

You got it wrong...its the case with smaller sites that you might not have a sure bet on making money. If your talking about the hun its worth is more then just how much it makes.

Just a heads up but SE traffic is not stable. I would value it lower then a site that trades traffic and has book markers. Just too many variables to SE traffic.

wierd, i would think it would be the opposite

tgp traffic is total shit compared to SE....and SE listings are easier to maintain for me than tgp traffic is....

se usually converts 1:30-60 for me, as tgp is anywhere from 1:300-1400

It depends on the keyword that the website is targeting.
