They're talking about the Peterson trial.

It's like they already had their guests lined up to talk about the Peterson trial so the Defense Secretary press conference about the assault on Fallujah that just got underway can wait until later. I guess now that "their man" won Rupert M. told them to go back to being an entertainment channel.
 An interesting note, as he walked off some reporter yelled, "The campaign's over, Mr. secretary!"
