NATS seems to be the best out there right now.... how are you better/different than them? How much is your software going to be? Will you have a shave feature?

We have combined the best features of Nats and Mpa3 and developed our own software that is fully configurable to the clients needs. NO there is not a shave feature. We will have 2 versions of the software: basic and professional.
Basic = $2k
does not include cascading billing etc.
Professional = $10k
Full features ( to many to list here )

The software is designed for both NON adult and Adult,
As other industries do not require cascading billing it has been removed.

Congrats on launching. Competition always creates a better product for the end user.

It's easy to say you do what we do. Anyone can claim that.

Do you have a features list somewhere for people to compare?

Is there a live demo of the EXACT software we can play with?

Is there an installed base or any installations we can visit to see the software in action?

How long has the software been in use on these programs?

Are there any well known programs using the software who people know are high volume to show it's stabliity and scalability?

I'd really love to see a demo and/or full feature list especially when people make claims they do what we do

Advice... Make it easier to see the demo. Busy webmasters don't have time to wait for an email reply with login info. Your target market is too busy to wait. Put up white papers, I can't fuck around pulling specs out of a rep like blood out of a rock.

I think your thinking is completely wrong. There are tons of great "applications" working on PHP code.

It doesn't really matter anyhow as I already have NATS installed anyhow and is already processing signups And since they brought on the new people, support has been top-notch.

Good luck with your affiliate software though, a real demo without jumping through hoops would make it easier to sell imho.

Since when did it become accepted to charge a large walkthrough fee for products that you have already purchased. When I buy something for more than $1000 I fully expect someone to answer initial support questions.

Here's a tip for everyone doing this, cut the dumb shit out. Just be men about it and include it into the purchase price and call it what it is.

your issues were already addressed. it was exteremly hard to communicate with you . ie: we asked ccbill if it was possible, not to do it for you. As far as our support goes, we have a new support team, manager and sales engineers to fufill all requests in that department and seperate salesman from technical matters. Nice hearing from you tho.

It's a training charge and it's a normal thing outside of the adult world.

It's an optional thing as some of our clients (NATS) have more than one copy and they would obviously only need the training once.

A lot goes into the training. There are costs involved with running a "real" company and provding people true training and service. A good portion of the adult industry is run like a few kids sitting in a sand box.

We could roll it into the price of the software of course but then people would pay for it each time they purchase a copy of the software. We'd rather only charge them once, not every time.

Considering I run a company with a full staff, and I have for over a decade I understand. But I still believe that kind of charge for scripts like this is a bit excessive.

That kind of charge on of the large multiserver mailing scripts I can understand but for these scripts that charge should be covered in your overhead. I'll admit I have never bought a mainstream script for over $1000 so I have no frame of reference.

Not to take away from the scripts. NATS is definitely becoming the defacto standard. Kudos for doing that so quickly.

I can tell you first hand that EVERYTHING too much media does has been though out and painstakenly planned. They go above and beyond the call of duty. My experience with their company is such that you help them a little & they litterally smother you with reciprocity. I have not met a company yet that is as true to their word. So I dont mind paying a walk though fee. They have so many features you need it. It's like buying a luxury car and just be handed the keys. You need the dealer to point out little things. NATS was the best investment I have ever made. I swear by it. I wouldnt recomend it if It wasnt a quality product.
