He has totally up to date for all of our work and I do not want to cut his hours since christmas is coming up, so if you need some work done please contact him.

The guy is good, real good and will work with you on prices if need be.

those prices are unrealistic. $400 to edit a scene and a trailer? i have a hard enough time getting people to pay $400 for the scene itself.

we'd rather not edit but when we do it's only $100, make no money off it at all, goes straight to the editor.

I see your point, basically he takes the raw AVI or MPEG! for a scene of say 20 minutes and converts it to WMV, Quicktime, and RM if you want and brands it for us and then also bangs out all the 20 second teaser clips that we give to our webmasters.

He also encodes at high and low speed in all 3 formats. Remember he is editing for our members area and us as paysite operators, if you want him to do for content resale hit him up I am sure the prices would be cheaper since you guys mainly offer WMV or MPEG1 for the download.

Anyway like I said if you need work contact him, I am sure he will work with you on prices if that is the issue. His work is good, the DVD he did for us was kickass too.
