windows 2003 server question
QUestion for those of you who use windows 2003 server, I am looking at buying it but not sure which version I need.
the standard version says it partially supports media services, so if I get the 32 bit version of the standard 2003 server will I be able to use the win media services? V |

YES, it is a SUPPED up version of XP with administratirve controls, such as DNS, DHCP, POP3, SMTP and all the happy horse shit. If you can do it on XP you can do it on 2003.

the info on the MS site in contradicted by another piece of info on the site, thats why I am looking for someone who actually has it not just read about it or thinks they know.
I do not need links or soeone who has not personally used it. I am looking for real information from someone who really knows what they are talking about. |
