Could you please tell me where will be best advertising such a thing?
Are there any dedicated websites for 'site selling?'

If you're looking to sell a site, then you've got to atleast
let people look at before you'll get "staight answers". Nobody

the site. So divide that revenue in half, now times by 6 months.
$90,000 is your top end. *IF* everything matches up to what
you say for revenues.

I can't give you the url at the moment, since this year's lottery is about to end. I don't want affiliates to know I am selling the site.
They don't like it.

The reason I put the ad here, is that I want YOU to find me a buyer.

I will pay 10% of the deal to whoever find me a buyer.

I can be more specific in 2 weeks from now.

However, it would be better if you contact me asap

I have to ask why anyone would sell a site that grosses $50k/mo for $150-200k.

I would also be interested in how you end up with $20k/mo in expenses. Sounds rather steep for the type of site you are talking about.
