all depends on the car, what you like to listen to and you music tastes, and do you want it to sound good or just wag your dick with it?

the last good system that i liked was 20wpc and cost around 15k

head unit:
nakamichi

mids n highs:
focals (kevlar series)

amps:
alpine

subs:
JL 13's

must use all gold wiring... nice thick gauge... dynamat interior.. and get custom/fabricated fiberglass speaker housing for the mids and highs, having them face the listener... always get custom box for the sub to meet exact specs and dimensions..
