Are there fake paypal account review department emails going out today?

 its a scam page to let you login so it captures your password then i says sorry try again then takes you to the real paypal.

I got one that looked real legit today. Only way to tell it wasn't was to view the message source code. I bet thousands of stupid people get nailed by these.
