Overture sucks big time
Finally I decided to try out overture pay per click listings...
1. the signup process was complicated 2. you pay different fees regarding from which country you are 3. 3 days to be approved 4. They send me an e-mail asking to call them and verify my CC and address 5. you have to pay in advance to be listed 6. Can't login to my account....tried 10-15 times.... 7. Got an email that "all" of my search words where declined (the same words that Im using with other companies) 8. Finally after 10 days...I started to receive 1-2 clicks a day......what??? No wonder why is google running over them all!!!

Overture sucks, Adwords is many times better. If you have like $5 in charges through Overture for a month, they have a $20 minimum so they will charge you an extra $15 it's fucking ridiculous.
