i am looking for some software that will allow for shared calendars.. outlook used to do this but the newer version only work with MS exchange which can get comlicated with the deployment of ADs..

so any other suggestions where for example a receptionist might be able to make appointments for multiple bosses/agents ... and the bosses/agents can just open up the program and see their appointments as made by the receptionist .. ?

exchange is not that hard to configure if you get a server running sbs everything runs on 1 box.

well it's not for me..

having this setup for someone who has no idea what MS exchange is..

all he needs is shared calendars.. that's it
