The major search engines are gonna be comin down hard on sites who do this, so doing this right now is not a very smart idea.
BUT if you must go ahead....it will just be more blog traffic for me in the end. You may want to begin your search by looking for Reffy or a freeware called Reef. There, that should get a few sites blacklisted.
