Over the years, some of her comments were a little extreme to say the least.

Musically though NothingCompares2U was one of the greatest slow singles ever released. Incredibly moving song.

Outside of a select few...who even remembers about the tearing up of the pope's pic, much less what motivated it?

we've seen other artists doing wild things for the sake of getting noticed. Personally I think madonna had done worst over the years. NothingCompares2U is one of the few songs I can shake of my head. I like singing it when I'm drunk. thanks for the song, ms o' connor.
