1st. it would not be a trademark violation unless you have that as a registered trademark in the first place which I really do not think they would even grant.
2nd. It could be copyright violation though the could is mighty strong. I would reason that there is more than a 30% change in it and besides it is just to damn basic. Black bar with grey lines and both use a different amount of grey lines in different places. In all honesty I think Coke would have a better chance saying Target is violating Cokes copyright using the white and red. |
