not sure, that image is actually from a nasa gallery. Nasa is making a similar piece of software that will allow you to view more than just the satellite data. You will get 3D topography, agricultural, temperature, etc... and it will be printable... but they closed it down this summer saying their servers couldn't handle the load.. they are supposed to reopen it again soon with a brand new server farm.
