Selling SEO based site network

SEO based sites are prolly hard to sell, compared to type-in domains and bookmark sites but it shouldn't be impossible?

What do you think a solely SEO based network could go for?

- type-in 12-36 X monthly profit (or more?)
- bookmark sites 6-18 X monthly profit (?)
- SEO based 4-12 X monhtly profit (?)

Can you target the traffic per niche?

The other thing that would have a big factor is.. are they spam sites that are likely to get banned or are they legit content sites?

I was theoretically speaking but lets say a medium sized 50k unqiues a day and around $10k profit per month. Those are realistic figures I think, There are prolly quite a few people on here that have something like this (me included)

That should be mandatory I guess, but the price would be based on profit anyway so even if it is not well targetted and still makes the money through mass...? (But I agree that a low key, well targetted network is better)

No more than 3 months, unless they have a very long history, but then why would you want to get rid of them?

yea exactlly.. not sure why you would want to sell them.. With something like that worst case you just let it sit and youi will still be pulling traffic for months if not years.. Unless of course they are spam sites which could get banned at any time. Even those seem to be lasting for awhile as the SE's don't seem to be getting rid of the crap at a very fast pace.

I am not currently selling anything but I am indeed thinking about leaving adult at one point, sometime in the future. Leaving adult would mean not having any adult domains anymore, and not getting any adult company checks anymore.

If SEO networks simply cannot be sold (as it seems to be) then the only option prolly is to give it away for free lol

SEO sites can definitely last quite a while

Years actually if they are well thought of, and don't piss off google too much. At worst they lose ranks over time but getting banned seems nearly impossible

Thanks but I am not selling anything at this point hehe

But trying to get input so I can build my next SEO projects in a way that they CAN be sold, at more than 3 x profit

There is probably no way around bookmarks for this

Seo traffic is so unstable that in my opnion not more than 3 months of income. Most likely you can be banned next day after purchase without a reason
