Ibill Lies To U.s. Webmasters.. Again !

Looks like IBILL Lied to the US webmasters once again !!! They told us 3 weeks ago in the CMI that there would be an "update on progess no later than march 9th" concerning past due payouts and First Data Funds....Well Looks like they Blew us off again.Yes they did send emails concerning wires for new Gkard transactions...But Nothing about past due revenue in the email or in CMI ........im not surprised...just stating the obvious

Well IBILL ,IBD,INTECCA,TOCATTA or whoever you are,,, For a company that claims to be "moving Foward...You sure do take alot of steps backwords

FUCK YOU and all the Underpaid overworked soaking wet refugees you got manning the phones in client services

Somone needs to hack galanis,williams and beardsley's blackberry so we can call these fuckers at there million dollar houses built from stolen money,i Dont know about the rest of you,but if i get ripped i will find out where the previously mentioned people reside during off buissness hours .and confront them face to face ...might not get my money..but the satisfaction of instilling a long term fear of retribution into there non-chalant lives will be worth the 10 hour drive and risk of misdemeanor tresspassing charges

Don't you think it's kind of odd how only transactions after 2/15 are to be paid? What are the odds that everyone (or most people) already cancelled all their rebills prior to that? Hmmmmmm go figure.

How do these morons sleep at night? It'd almost be hilarious if they didn't owe me so much fucking money.

Someone please build a Flash "iBill Voodoo Doll" website that tracks where they get hit the most, I am sure balls will be #1, but I am sure you can get creative with it.

you guys betting on Ibill are like those weirdos who thought the Hale Bop comet had a spaceship hiding in its tail that was coming to rescue them from the end of the earth. Why not just take the poison now and kill yourself and accept your fate instead of wasting everyones time with stupid posts like "i can't believe a bunch of liars lied to me again" proving how naive, ignorant and lost you are again and again and again and again and again.

Why is nobody doing anything about it? You think you'd see something go down. Are all the big merchants being paid (or moved db's)? I'm not owed enough to get laywers involved, but somebody's gotta be owed 100k+ and still have their db with iBill - right?

ok, more fun filled info..

probably should make a new thread but ill toss it in here.

I just got off the phone with a very talkative CS rep. She gave me waaaaay more info that she should have about ibill. I have their merchant account # as well.

1. on 11/14/02 first data shut off ibills 1st merchant account due to chargebacks
2. they have a merchant account in with an address in pine allen, fl
3. they have yet a 3rd one in ft. lauderdale fl.

#2 and 3 are both active and have never been cancelled. In fact, there was action going on still in december.

The legal contact they have is 'Arnel' nothing more.. I will only post the 1st few #'s of the merchant account.. 234-163-xxx-xxx

anyway.. hope they rot in hell for lieing..

Gkard is Gallanis/Molina blah... Bet that will be more bullshit like the new improved "secured" Gkard :-)

OK.. Gotta say!!! :-) Some shit just does not add up and that leads on to the prospect that funds - the property of webmasters/clients - have been utilized for other purposes. This is based on.. not just one or two items that are known - but several.

BTW.. Think it's next week Jason and his "friend" are in court on some fraud shit with the SEC. If he is fined a lump - I'm sure cash will do nicely.

iBill US Update

Dear iBill US Clients,
iBill is excited to announce the launch of gkard Secured, a service of M2 Secure. gkard Secured has been established to create an additional measure of assurance that client funds will be paid to merchants on time.

gkard Secured is part of a series of steps that iBill?s new management is taking to address legitimate concerns in the billing industry and as to iBill specifically.

gkard Secured highlights are:
gkard Secured payments are NOT touched by iBill;
gkard Secured controls settlement and payout files end-to-end for gkard Secured;
gkard Secured is operated by an independent payment services company NOT affiliated with iBill;
gkard Secured uses its own merchant account for gkard Loads, not the iBill merchant account;
Real-time transaction data will remain accessible on iBill CMI;
Secured payouts are available on gkard Secured only;
For more information on gkard Secured, please go to http://www.gkbill.com and access the SECURE PAYMENT tab.

The gkard Secured payout program specifics are listed below:
gkard Secured officially launches with the March 15, 2005 payout.
The March 15 payout will be for all gkard transactions that occurred from February 16, 2005 through February 28, 2005.
All accounts will maintain their current payout cycle with the amounts based upon iBill?s client agreements and the payout information provided to M2 Secure by iBill.
Funds will be sent via wire transfer and ACH only (for your convenience, gkard Secured will use the existing merchant banking information on file at iBill).
Any gkard, online check and web900 transactions PRIOR to February 16, 2005 will be paid out directly from iBill to the clients and will be the sole responsibility of iBill.

For FAQ's on gkard Secured, please go to http://www.ibill.com/support/securedpayoutFAQ.cfm

Please note: If you are currently being paid via ACH or Wire, there is nothing that you will need to do to receive your payout. However, if you are currently being paid via check, you will need to update your account with valid banking information by no later than March 10, 2005. This will ensure that you will get paid on March 15, 2005.

For help on updating your banking information, please log in to the Merchant Info website at http://www.ibill.com/merchantinfo/login/login.cfm, click on Update Banking Information. The Update Banking Help link is located towards the top right section of the banking information screen.

Over the next several weeks, there will be new features and benefits added to the gkard Secured payout program. As iBill and M2 Secure have more updated information regarding these future enhancements, news will be posted.

Thank you.
iBill and M2 Secure

What the fuck is all this ? They Better BE PAYING ALL THOSE FUCKING REBILLS.

Just doing a security wipe of the hard drives Joey

Last time I saw this shit was when there was a need to get from the front reception to the highest floor in an office block before the management had time to wipe drives. They even had boxes set up with a "panic button" to auto wipe if the need arose. But, they could not wiped em all in the end and heyho bust time :-)

Is it that people can't see the wood for the trees?? Common in situations like this - but agree... they will all cuss iBill to hell, but do nada.

I suspect there are also a number of webmasters living in hope yet and doing a lot of wishing for payment. There *may* also be some who stand in line for fund recovery and ya can expect silence there :-)

Webby,

What do you suggest we do? I think we all could use some advice, instead of people stating what's obvious. We know iBill isn't playing fair game, we know they owe people a lot of money. If you can help, please share something valuable.

1) get your rebill data off of CMI if you don't have it locally. 2) cancel all your rebills at ibill. 3) send an email to everyone cancelled with a link to sign up again at your new processor 4) talk to a lawyer.

P.S. Don't be afraid to post anything. It will have no bearing on whether you get paid or not. It's not a popularity contest. It's legal type stuff.

Hi Jon - Hell knows why, but apparently before any action is taken, you need to stand in front of an attorney and put a bullet in your brain before he would consider taking action - in that instance he'd probably call a paramedic and not the morgue :-)

It is vital that the Attorney General's office get an overview of the problem from multiple sources. There are already a number of complaints, but that office needs more and wants to hear more.

This is the minumum an iBill creditor (at least in the webmaster side), could do. Even if anyone has not started a civil suit - it is at least worth doing the minimum and lodging a complaint with the AG.

iBill is not just one of the millions of companies that have a "cash flow problem" and give cause for bitching. There is no point bitching if that were the case. iBill is a company that has been abused for some time now and part of the reason for banks and other folks, not to trust them. In turn that abuse has come down the line and is hitting webmasters as clients, along with other creditors. Promises/agreements/contracts have been made and broken on a large number of occasions and much more - hell.. it's too much to list here!

The level of this flippant behavior extends beyond any normal level of just being a financially strapped company and into areas of deception and fraud - I'm not saying this lightly - those are the minimum words that could be used :-)

I would suggest you contact the AG's office. In reality very few iBill clients have instigated action and there are no doubts some iBill "shareholders" are relying on this. Don't let a few crooks get the satisfaction of assuming you will behave in a certain way to enable their plans :-)

The Florida Attorney General's Office is on 866 966 7226.

Even if you cannot provide any "evidence" of wrong-doing in your complaint - at least say iBill have offered everything from promissory notes/shares/money and never delivered.

In addition.. there are other avenues and these are being followed up now. Any action by iBill or associates will not go unnoticed.

Most of em ain't even clever about it - a load of amateurs!

On iBill..... worth.. Till proven otherwise.. I don't think any of the iBill "shareholders" care whether iBill exists or not. I suspect they have already achieved their objectives and it is not entirely without coincidence a "management company" is in Deerfield Beech now. Nor is it entirely by coincidence the staff are being disbanded - although there is are logical face reason for this, but nothing can be taken at face value. Time and a few court hearings will tell.

If this were Capone's days - there would be an unfortunate explosion/fire on iBill premises that would tidy up much. But, we have progressed further and should have a meaty insurance policy to cover that eventuality - there's a profit in everything :-) Ain't that right Jason??? I know you read all this stuff.

Jason's game-playing, paper-shuffling, asset-removal, fund-diverting bullshit is not original - it has been replayed in courtrooms many times. Ya ain't a good learner, are you Jason??? But again, ya can't expect much from the son of an overweight multiple fraudster. Even Jason's modus operandi is the same as his Dad's!!

Totally pointess LS for several reasons... This takes time in preparation and there is no obligation of the court to agree to listen to the case.

In many ways "class action" is just a source of revenue for attorneys.

Stupid iBill stuff is barely in the league of a legitimate class action when the company is almost being laid to rest :-)
