Seems almost everything that I get into - whether it be for business or for fun - has so much negativity in it.

Seems to suck me in sometimes, and I don't like to be a negative person.

I'm always amazed when I see someone who remains positive in the face of the bullshit people throw at you.

Do some volunteer work, sounds silly but it lifts your spirits to know you're helping people!
