I decided in late April of 2004 that I was going to lose 100lbs and I am damnnear close to it. I was around 300+ in 04 in the first pic. As of today I am 220-225.

Thanks to a few of you on the board who were really helpful. Ben at WTS and galleryseek you guys were big inspirations.

I eat a lot of tuna and salads, but rarely together. I don't really like the tuna salad taste as much as I used to.

Well as everyone knows I am way too lazy to "exercise". I just do not drink sugary liquids. I drink 8 cups of water per day- I eat plenty of fruits and veggies. And I NEVER eat fast food of any kind. I stick to food I have to prepare.

If you're not moving and doing everything right - then you look at your food and take 10% of it away and not eat it. You may be hungry after, this is normal.
Just reduct your portions and see if it makes a difference.

This is probably something you've already tried and I am NO expert in this so it's just my
