Hi,

I have a successfull poker course website and is about to sell it and need help/advice.

The website is only 3 months old but is already kicking ass without spending money on promotion!

The website has affiliates.
The website is sucessfull.
Generates a good profit.

I need help on how to put a fair price on it and how to sell it.

Why sell it when it's just starting to make money? I suggest keeping it. It's always better to keep something that makes you money. If you're dead set on selling it I suggest add up the profit for four to six months and that's the price to sell it for.
