medical question....
I want to have a CAT scan done of my body... im kind of paranoid that I may have cancer or some shit just because it runs in my family and I would like peace of mind..
So I guess my question is, where the fuck do you go to get a cat scan done? the ER, a regular doctor and get a referral? where

Blood work would probably work better.

well it depends on what kind of insurance you have but you need a script for a cat scan....Call your Primary care physician and see about getting a script..then you must check with the insurance company as to where you can go and wether you need a referral or not

They'll most likely do a CAT scan at a Hospital.

There are many private centers that will do a full scan for you.. they check on everything including blood, body scan, etc.. will cost you 3-5k if you want everything checked and expect to be a day out of operation.

Full body scans have been getting ever more popular. Basically it is for people who have the money to pay out of pocket to have their entire body scanned. Yes bloodwork will give you the heads up on cancer/tumors/illnesses, however you can catch them hella sooner with these body scans. Apparently it is going to be the next big thing for those who can afford this style of preventative medicine. They can actually see growths when they are only a pin head big.
