I'm looking for something that can monitor a servers uptime, shows graphs of the data and email me during any downtime.

Any ideas?

have a look at nagios - http://www.nagios.org/
My sysadmin just introduced this one to me a little while ago
and its been working great.

Choker has a system in place that I use on a few servers....

Works ok.... not sure what the URL is ATM.... just go to a choker site and follow the links

websitepulse.com works brilliantly, and will email and txt you when a server goes down.
