Favorite radio station converts from talk to JACK FM
I am listening to Stern and the next thing I know the station starts playing this retarded mix of songs (its a talk radio station).
Just found out they switched to JACK FM which is just a BS mix of shit that plays in a loop anyway. BAH  Anyone in the WNY up through the Toronto area that used to pick up 92.9 WBUF its gone./rant

They changed a station down here in San Diego to Jack FM. Used to be Star 100.7 which was allright, but now this Jack crap sucks ass! They play anything from disco to country.

Yes JACK FM, BOB FM all that shit is garbage.
The problem with this station is it was all talk radio prior to this switch. Stern, Brother Wease, The Don and Mike show. then BAM Jack fucking radio. I am disgusted.

In DC, 99.1 WHFS went from modern rock to 99.1 El Sol...Latin dance music...no notice, just switched formats...

In Canaada its Rogers Media slowly changing all there programing to one format. It makes it easier for the head office and lets them do national contetests... that and all the stations have the same conests at the same time... they can also sindicate there popular countdown shows so they all carry the same show and is a time filler for them when they don't have to pay someone to be sitting there live doing a show!
