Houston -- updated undercover cops rules.
Here in Houston...we have strip clubs and massage parlors all over the city. The new police chief is trying to crack down on all the massage parlors/spas. Houston undercover cops are now allowed to disrobe in front of johns and/or prostitutes....this is going to get ugly. Thoughts?
