It's not dead. A few of us still doing it - and rumor has it some better known TGPers are working on some TGP2 projects as we speak.
As it stands now: Traffic from initial posts... little, almost embarrassing Traffic to galleries from SEs - still as good as always, makes it worthwhile If by human factor you mean the proliferation of more and more free porn, yes - you are correct.
