secondary producer for purchased content?
ok this might have been hashed out already many times, but i just cannot get a straight answer from anyone, so if anyone could point me in the right direction...
the new 2257 secondary producer laws...what if i purchase content from a content producer - is posting thier information good enough? because although it says digital producing, i didnt have anything to do with the contracting,hiring etc. and then what about sites like hotmovies and aebn? and what about if i sign up to be an affiliate for a website - am i responsible for all the documentation on that?? PLEASE advise... thanks.

that doesnt seem to be very safe at all. what bout linking to sites that aren't on your domain like hot movies.com or aebn?
