Can one get a Paypal ATM card if in Canada?
I got a friend who has one but after looking through my paypal admin panel thoroughly I see no mention of it.

yes ... you must have been registered for X ammount of time and it will become avaliable

The trick 3 years ago, was to ask a friend with paypal in US to send you his link for the ATM card in his paypal pannel.
After that you logged in your own paypal pannel, and pasted the link in the browser To complete the process , was easy to fill up the form to order it. Dont know if its work again but worked #1 for me. |

Heh, the trick looks like it works, however, I don't want to jeapordize my account. I will wait until paypal gets back to me.
