I love my d-link XtremeG wireless - 108Mbps - what do you use?

Can you get faster wireless?

That's while copying a big ISO file from my couch to my office upstairs

Sweet.. when's the housewarming party?

I'm shopping here in Charlotte. Haven't decided what part of town, though. Looking over around Plaza/Midwood and here in Dilworth.

D-Link calls it "Multi-channel bonding". It uses two radio signals and combines them and each end. It's similar to multiplexing t1s or cable modems, etc.

It also uses hardware-based compression and some other crap to maximize throughput.
